We offer high quality spawn for the cultivation of mushrooms, available in different stages of growth.
The mycelium is grown on different mediums depending on the stage of development and the species. The different mediums used are thought-out to obtain quality mycelium and to ease its application.
Agaricus bisporus and Pleurotus ostreatus is available as we have it in stock.

Stages in the development of mycelium and formats
Stage 1 – Mother culture
Format: Mycelium grown on cultivation medium with agar, in a Petri dish.
Use: It is used to produce Mother spawn (Stage 2).
Stage 2 – Mother spawn
Format: Mycelium on solid substrate which comes in 1-liter bags.
Use: It is used to produce the inoculum (Stage 3).
Stage 3 – Inoculum
Format: spawn on small structure solid substrate which comes in 3-liter bags.
Use: It is used to produce the commercial spawn (Stage 4).
Stage 4 – Spawn
Format: Spawn on small structure solid substrate which comes in 3-liter bags.
Use: It is used to produce the substrate for mushrooms, initializing the growing process.
Note on preservation
In order to maintain the quality of the spawn, we recommend storing it in a refrigerated storage between 2 – 4 degrees Celsius.
